Click “Become a Guide” and complete the registration process. You must provide:
  • Valid South African guide registration
  • Professional profile photo
  • Clear bio
  • Minimum of 3 standard tours and 1 custom tour

Standard tours must:
  • Have a fixed price
  • Include duration, highlights, inclusions, and exclusions
  • Display at least one high-quality image
Presentation must reflect professional standards.

Custom tours allow travellers to request personalised itineraries. Each must include: Clear title, Professional description, Image, and a direct email contact button.

No. Guides may not book flights or provide airline ticketing services.

You are solely responsible for:
  • Maintaining valid guide registration
  • Operating legally licensed vehicles
  • Complying with safety regulations
  • Transparent pricing
  • Protecting client data
  • Complying with all applicable South African laws
Cape Travellers Guide does not assume liability for your services.

Guides are independent service providers. You are fully responsible for the services you deliver, compliance with licensing requirements, contractual agreements, handling payments, and managing disputes. Cape Travellers Guide acts solely as a marketing and lead platform.

Clients contact you directly via the email address you provide. You are responsible for responding promptly and professionally.

Your information is stored securely within the admin dashboard. Only information you choose to display publicly appears on your profile.

Only Cape Travellers Guide administration may approve advertisers. Guides may not independently add advertisers. Profiles must represent individual guides, not companies. Company names may be mentioned briefly in the bio.

Most profile information can be updated via the Guide Dashboard (except email address and registration number). To delete your profile, submit a request through the Profile Deletion button.
